A member of the Paris Bar since January 2017, Hélène Chesné graduated of Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Université Jean Moulin Lyon III. She has been practising white collar crime and compliance matters for ten years.

Before founding her firm in 2026, she joined Huc-Morel Labrousse Avocats, where she practised as Counsel. There she developed a recognised expertise in complex economic and financial matters, sometimes with an international dimension.

She advises executives, finance and compliance officers in the context of judicial investigations and preliminary inquiries conducted by the Parquet National Financier, as well as in their interactions with foreign authorities.

The firm also acts upstream of litigation: design and implementation of anti-corruption compliance programmes, risk mapping, training and internal audits, and conduct of internal investigations following alerts (suspected fraud or harassment).
